Biographical Information

Ramsey H. Bridges joined Georgia Law in the fall of 2006 and serves as the school’s assistant director of admissions.  She assists in all phases of the admissions process for the juris doctor program, including recruitment, application review, decision making, notification and the awarding of academic scholarships.  Bridges initially joined the law school staff as the assistant director of career services before joining the admissions team.

Previously, Bridges practiced at the law firm of Troutman Sanders in Atlanta, Ga., as an associate in the labor and employment section.  Bridges earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature cum laude from Vanderbilt University.  She then earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia, where she served as president of her class and managing editor of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law.  Bridges is also a member of the L.E.A.D. Athens Class of 2010, whose mission is to develop effective leaders committed to building a vibrant community.
