Willow M. Meyer joined Georgia Law in the fall of 2012 as the instructor for the school's Business Law Clinic. Meyer is the founder of a nonprofit volunteer matching program and an attorney for the appraisal management company Axis. She also serves on the board of directors of Cine (Athens Film Arts Institute), the Daily Groceries Co-op, and the Athens Area Homeless Shelter.
Previously, Meyer worked for the National Health Law Program as a consultant and policy analyst, and taught in the Legal Studies Department at the University of California, Berkeley. Meyer earned all three of her degrees from Berkeley. She earned her B.A. with highest honors and was the valedictorian of her class, was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation from law school, and received her Ph.D. in the school’s Jurisprudence and Social Policy Program.
