(ASCL) is pleased to invite submissions for its Seventh Annual Conference, to be held on April
20-21, 2018, at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. The purpose
of the conference is to highlight, develop, and promote the scholarship of younger comparativists.

Indian Civil Rights Act Symposium, March 8 & 9, 2018
The Law and Indigenous Peoples Program and the Tribal Law Journal will host a symposium on the Indian Civil Rights Act (ICRA) on March 8 & 9, 2018, at the Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Fordham Intellectual Property Media and Entertainment Law Journal (IPLJ) invites submissions for papers for our 28th annual Symposium Edition, Spring 2018. This year, IPLJ will focus on the values underlying our commitment to free speech, and the need to balance these protections with civility and respect for human welfare. Submitted papers should be centered around the impact of freedom of expression and free press on the media, and focus on similar legal issues that we will discuss in our Symposium, including:

The Junior International Law Scholars Association (JILSA) is holding its annual meeting on Friday, January 12, 2018, at the American University College of Law, Washington, DC. JILSA is an informal network of junior scholars at mostly American law schools who get together annually for a self-funded workshop.

We are excited to announce that the Eighteenth Annual Rocky Mountain Legal Writing Conference will be held on March 23-24, 2018, at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. The theme of this year’s conference is “Wellness for You, Your Students, & Your Career,” but the Program Committee encourages proposals on any subject of interest to those teaching legal writing and research.
