Overview: The University of Michigan Law School invites junior scholars to attend the 5th Annual Junior Scholars Conference, which will be held on April 26-27, 2019 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The conference provides junior scholars with a platform to present and discuss their work with peers, and to receive detailed feedback from senior members of the Michigan Law faculty. The Conference aims to promote fruitful collaboration between participants and to encourage their integration into a community of legal scholars.
Registration is now open for the Central States Law Schools Association 2018 Scholarship Conference, which will be held on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 at the Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. We invite law faculty from across the country to submit proposals to present papers or works in progress.
The Center for Constitutional Law seeks proposals from those interested in presenting papers at the upcoming conference. Committed presenters to date include: Shubha Ghosh (Syracuse), Craig Green (Temple), Rachel Janutis (Capital), Megan LaBelle (Catholic), Laura Little (Temple), Joe Miller (Georgia), Michael Morley (FSU), Alex Reinert (Cardozo), Kermit Roosevelt (Penn), Jeff Renesberger (South Texas), and Sharon Sandeen (Mitchell-Hamline). Additional presenters will be selected by this call for papers.
Yale, Stanford, and Harvard Law Schools are soliciting submissions for the 19th session of the Yale/Stanford/Harvard Junior Faculty Forum, to be held at Harvard Law School on June 13-14, 2018. Twelve to twenty junior scholars (with one to seven years in teaching) will be chosen, through a blind selection process, to present their work at the Forum. One or more senior scholars will comment on each paper. The audience will include the participating junior faculty, faculty from the host institutions, and invited guests.
Washburn University School of Law is proud to announce the 4th annual Washburn Junior Legal Writing Scholars Workshop, to be held on July 28-29, 2017.
This workshop will provide a unique collaborative environment in which to receive feedback from other legal writing professors on your scholarly projects. Participants will work in small groups to give suggestions, ask questions, and offer input on the papers presented.
Call For Papers
Emory University School of Law School will host the Ninth Annual Junior Faculty Federal Courts Workshop on March 31-April 1, 2017. The workshop pairs a senior scholar with a panel of junior scholars presenting works-in-progress. The workshop is open to untenured and recently tenured academics who teach and write in federal courts, civil rights litigation, civil procedure, and other associated topics. Those who do not currently hold a faculty appointment but expect to do so beginning in fall 2017 are welcome.

Rogers College of Law. The Workshop will be held at the University of Washington in Seattle on July 14-15, 2016. The Workshop gives both emerging and established civil procedure scholars an opportunity to gather with colleagues and present their work to an expert audience. Scholars will present their papers in small panel sessions.
