Simon receives AALS scholarly paper honor Thursday, November 12, 2020 Assistant Professor Lindsey Simon's article "Bankruptcy Grifters" was selected by the Association of American Law Schools as an honorable mention in its 2021 Scholarly Papers Competition. There were more than 60 entries in this year's competition. The award will be officially presented during the AALS Annual Meeting to be held virtually in January. |
