Biographical Information: 

Paul H. Threlkeld is a partner/attorney at Oliver Maner, where his client base includes businesses, local governments and individuals. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in over 25 jury trials involving personal injury, law enforcement liability, products liability, timber conversion, livestock liability, and criminal and business disputes. Threlkeld currently serves as the outside general counsel for the Georgia Ports Authority and the Savannah-Georgia Convention Center Authority through his appointment as a special assistant attorney general.

Previously Threlkeld practiced law as a partner at Andrew & Threlkeld for six years and worked as an associate for Oliver Maner & Gray from 2001 to 2006. He also served as the solicitor-general of Toombs County, Georgia, from 2007 to 2013.
