Brian M. Martin is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Juniper Networks. He brings nearly 20 years of corporate legal experience in the technology industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at KLA-Tencor Corporation. He also spent 10 years in senior legal positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc. Martin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Family Supportive Housing, a non-profit organization that provides shelter and supportive services to homeless families.

He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Martin was named Bay Area's General Counsel of the Year by the San Jose Business Journal/SF Business Times and as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics by Ethisphere Institute.
