Join Registered Dietician Beth Kindamo for a workshop on Brain Food for Law Students. In adjusting to a busy schedule, Kindamo built a meal tailored to a law student's lifestyle. The meal is replicable, adjustable, affordable, and easy for busy students. She'll discuss several aspects of nutrition for busy students and what types of food can keep your body and mind high-functioning through a long day. We'll provide the ingredients, you be ready to learn!
