Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein has published “25 Years with State Tax Notes: A Bibliographic Perspective” in 81 State Tax Notes 755 (2016), which is the 25th Anniversary Issue of State Tax Notes, of which Hellerstein serves as chair of the advisory board.
