Post Professor Pamela Foohey published “The Periphery of Bankruptcy Law: The Importance of Non-Bankruptcy Issues in Consumer Bankruptcy” in 98 American Bankruptcy Law Journal 527 (2024).
Assistant Professor Thomas E. Kadri has been elected as chair of the Association of American Law Schools Section on Torts and Compensation Systems for 2025.
UGA Associate Provost & Kirbo Chair Elizabeth Weeks will serve on the Executive Committee of the Association of American Law Schools Section on Torts and Compensation Systems. She was previously elected as the chair of the section.
Hosch Professor & Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor Lori A. Ringhand published "Gender, Race, and Interruptions at Supreme Court Confirmation Hearings" in 119 American Political Science Review 492 (with C.L. Boyd & P.M. Collins).
