Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher Bruner published a review of Marc Moore's article "Designing Dual Class Sunsets: The Case for a Transfer-Centered Approach" in JOTWELL. Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law Harlan G.
