School of Law 2006 alumna Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves, who presently serves as a Supreme Court of Delaware justice, will present on navigating corporate fiduciary duties and other corporate governance issues. Before joining Delaware's highest court, Montgomery-Reeves served as a vice chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is the most important and prestigious court for business law in the United States.

This program is hosted by the Terry College of Business Certificate in Legal Studies program and is open to members of the law school community.
