Medical Malpractice is the third leading cause of death in the United States.

As a medical malpractice law firm, Tittle & Perlmuter wants to raise awareness of this growing issue in healthcare. In Ohio alone, over 210 claims for medical malpractice were filed and won by the injured party. Overall, approximately 30% of claims came as a result of death, and 15% were filed as a result of quadriplegic damage, brain injury, or lifelong care.

Allen Tittle’s Medical Malpractice Scholarship aims to provide support for those affected by medical malpractice and to raise awareness of this important issue.  Allen Tittle’s Medical Malpractice Scholarship is a recurring scholarship awarding $1,000 designed to help one incoming or continuing college student with their tuition costs. We welcome all eligible students to apply and look forward to reviewing each and every application. Good luck!
