The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support to law students who demonstrate achievement in the face of challenging circumstances in the School of Law. It is preferred for the recipient(s) to be provided full scholarship(s) and for there to be at least two recipients, if at all possible, when the fund is awarded.

Bobby and Jackie Soper Law School Scholarship-
The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support to a first year law student(s) renewable throughout his/her entire law school career. First preference shall be given to students who have previous work experience reflecting an interest in business and business law. This interest could be reflected in the student's undergraduate degree if he/she received a Bachelor of Business Administration or in his/her extracurricular activities that show an interest in business and business ethics.
Jerry B. Blackstock Law School Scholarship-
The purpose of the Fund is to provide a scholarship(s) to a deserving student(s) attending the School of Law. The scholarship shall be awarded on an annual basis to second or third year law student who has exhibited academic merit and a strong interest and potential for success in trial advocacy. The scholarship recipient shall also have demonstrable skills in leadership.

The purpose of the fund is to provide a scholarship award to two rising third-year law students who have demonstrated an interest in practicing real estate law in the estate of Georgia.
William Seaborn Ashley Endowed Law School Fund-
The scholarship will be awarded to a second or third year law student who has demonstrated strong personal character and proven leadership abilities. The selection committees primary criterion, in cases where all other factors are equal, is to choose a resident from the state of Georgia who has demonstrated financial need and who has taken courses in trust and estates.
