Judge Steve C. Jones Scholarship Fund -
Judge Phyllis A. Kravitch Scholarship -
The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support for a student(s) in the School with preference given to those who demonstrate characteristics consistent with Judge Phyllis A. Kravitch's legacy, including, but not limited to, grit, preparation, compassion, and a trailblazing spirit.
Judge Debra Halpern Bernes Memorial Scholarship in Law -
The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support for students in the School of Law who are in good academic standing. First preference shall be given to entering or continuing students who are community-service oriented, who have indicated a desire to include public-entity representation as of his/her legal career, and who believe community and public service should be a high priority in life.
Judge Charles B. Mikell, Jr. Scholarship Fund -
The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support for students in the School. Preference shall be given to law students who are veterans or who have plans to join the armed services.
Judge B. Avant Edenfield Scholarship -
The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support to a student(s) in the School for tuition assistance.
First preference shall be given to students who demonstrate academic promise and meet one or more of the following criteria:
Inslee and Betti Johnson Scholarship -
The purpose of the Fund is to establish a memorial scholarship within the School of Law to pay tuition and other required fees for worthy and promising young men and women who desire to enter law school, and for financial reasons are unable to do so.
John A. Sibley Scholarship -
This Fund accepts residual income to be used to support law school scholarships that is generated by the John A. Sibley Professorship in Corporate and Business Law that is not needed to support a named chairholder.
Joel O. Wooten Distinguished Law Fellowship Fund -
Jane W. Wilson Endowment for Family Justice -
The purpose of the Fund is to provide support for family justice initiatives at the University of Georgia School of Law, particularly the Family Justice Clinic, in order to address issues of intimate partner violence and abuse. Based on the Fund's spendable resources, the following items may be support through the school's family justice initiatives:
