Cleveland Distinguished Chair of Legal Ethics and Professionalism Lonnie T. Brown Jr. was named a Senior Teaching Fellow for the 2011-12 academic year by UGA's Center for Teaching and Learning. Only eight senior level professors are chosen from within the university each year for this honor.

Joining Georgia Law this fall as the holder of the Emily and Ernest Woodruff Chair in International Law is acclaimed international law scholar Diane Marie Amann. She comes to the law school from the University of California at Davis and will be teaching International Law and the Laws of War.
