University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues published "Do Conflicts of Interest Require Outside Boards? Yes. BSPs? Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein presented "The Application of Formulary Apportionment to Related Entities: Lessons from the U.S. Experience" at the Formulary Apportionment Workshop sponsored by the Center for Interuniversity Research and Analysis of Organizations (CIRANO) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, during April.
