Callaway Chair Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson was quoted in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution regarding a lawsuit filed by an exotic dancer claiming wrongful termination for being pregnant. The article was written by Marcus K. Garner and appeared on 10/18/13.
Georgia Law was once again recognized as a “Best Value Law School” by The National Jurist magazine. The school placed 11th in the publication’s annual ranking that looks at which schools across the nation offer students the best investment in their future. The magazine analyzes tuition, cost of living expenses, bar passage rates, debt accumulation and employment success.
Georgia Law was featured in the Daily Report regarding the daylong conference "Honoring Gideon's Promise, Rallying Gideon's Army" held at the law school during October. The conference marked the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Gideon v. Wainwright.
