Assistant Professor Kent H. Barnett was selected to present his paper "Structural Improvements to Formal Executive Adjudication" at the Fifth Annual Junior Federal Courts Workshop at The College of William and Mary in late October. The paper was also selected for presentation at the 2012 Yale-Stanford-Harvard Junior Faculty Forum.
