Biographical Information
Michael Reynolds is currently an associate at Nelson Mullins, where he focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, in addition to general corporate matters.
Previously, he served for 13 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a counterintelligence/human intelligence specialist and was the founder and director of Warriors in Art from 2018 to 2020.
Reynolds earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Houston and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia, where he was a participant in the Veterans Legal Clinic and was a Distinguished Law Fellow.
