Class Reunion Toolkit
School of Law class reunions are class-led. This means that it is up to the members of each class to initiate and plan their respective reunions. The School of Law Advancement Office can assist with gathering classmate contact information and digital communication. Please use the below toolkit as a guide for your planning process. Reach out to lawgifts@uga.edu with any questions.
Form a reunion planning committee
Contact former classmates to recruit potential committee members. Reach out to lawgifts@uga.edu to see if there are classmates you have indicated that they would like to be involved in reunion planning.
Reunion Planning Committee members should:
- Attend the reunion and participate in all committee meetings.
- Be responsive to emails, phone calls and/or texts.
- Contact classmates to encourage reunion participation.
- Actively help plan event activities.
Contact your classmates
- Contact the School of Law Advancement Office at lawgifts@uga.edu for classmate contact information.
- Utilize the bar directory, firm websites, and other forms of digital and social media to help find classmate contact information.
- Reach out to classmates via email and/or phone and send the invitations with reunion event information.
