Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's article titled "State Taxation of Electronic Commerce" (52 Tax Law Review 425 (1997)) was quoted by the Virginia Supreme Court in its opinion in the case The Corporate Executive Board Co. v.
