Rob McNiff joined Georgia Law as an instructor in 2017. He assists with the school's advocacy program and mediation practicum as well as teaches in the area of negotiation.
McNiff has 12 years of experience as the owner of the Law Office of Rob McNiff in Winterville, Georgia, where he is a general practitioner handling a variety of transaction and litigation matters. He is also the owner and operator of Resolve Mediation Solutions, which has an emphasis on offering mediation services to individuals and groups seeking to avoid litigation. McNiff is a neutral registered with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases in many areas of law. He also previously served as a public defender for the Western Judicial and Northern Judicial circuits of Georgia.
He earned both his bachelor's degree and his Juris Doctor cum laude from UGA. While in law school, he was named to the Order of the Barristers and was involved with both the moot court and mock trial teams, including being named the Best Oralist at the international finals of the Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
