The Fontaine Center is bringing mindfulness to the School of Law! Koru Mindfulness is a free, 4-session course that will teach you the skills and practices for mindfulness. Students who have completed Koru report feeling more mindful, less stressed, better rested, and less self-judgment.

IP Career Roundtable with Nick Leach (Chevron)

Nick Leach is Managing Counsel at Chevron focusing on IP strategy and legal support for Chevron's renewable and bio-fuels, lubes and gas technology development and commercialization initiatives. For 13 years, he served as Chief IP Counsel. He oversaw procuring, managing and protecting Chevron's intellectual property rights and intangible assets globally and supported Chevron's IP Governance Board.

Announcing LawDawgDash, to replace Symplicity

We are excited to announce a new career management software, LawDawgDash. LawDawgDash will replace CDO Symplicity at the end of June.

The Career Development Office team is preparing to migrate job listings, student accounts, events, and on-campus interview information to LawDawgDash, with a plan to go live on July 1, 2020.

All access to CDO Symplicity will end after June 30, 2020.

Externships with the Georgia House of Representatives

Learn about externship opportunities in Atlanta during the Spring legislative session with the Office to the Counsel of the Speaker, House Judiciary Committee, and additional Georgia House committees. The panel will feature attorney Evan Meyers, who serves as coordinator for the Georgia House externship program, and former legislative externs.
