Delaware Justice Tamika Montgomery-Reeves (J.D.'06) presents on corporate law

School of Law 2006 alumna Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves, who presently serves as a Supreme Court of Delaware justice, will present on navigating corporate fiduciary duties and other corporate governance issues. Before joining Delaware's highest court, Montgomery-Reeves served as a vice chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is the most important and prestigious court for business law in the United States.

We have invited Professor Usha Rodrigues, Mr. Tim Lee (King and Spalding), Dean Gregory Roseboro, and Mrs. Joanne Molinaro (Foley & Lardner LLP) as panelist to share some of their insight and perspective.
