Congratulations to Clinical Professor & Business Law and Ethics Program Director Carol Morgan for receiving the 2021 Tina L. Stark Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Transactional Law and Skills, which was presented at the Seventh Biennial Conference on the Teaching of Transactional Law and Skills during June. The award recognizes significant contributions to the field of transactional law and skills education.

Smith Professor Hillel Y. Levin was featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution regarding the Georgia Board of Education resolution relating to classroom discussions of race. The article titled "Georgia education board passes resolution to limit classroom discussions of race" was written by Ty Tagami and published 6/3/21.

Post Professor Melissa J. "MJ" Durkee presented "Interpretive Entrepreneurs" at a panel called "Global Legal Pluralism: Perspectives on International, Transnational, and Multilevel Governance," which was virtually hosted by the Law and Society Association conference in Chicago.

Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch regarding Bayer's Roundup litigation. The article titled "Bayer faces legal pickle as it reassesses options in Roundup lawsuits, experts say" was written by Bryce Gray and published 6/3/21.

Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann published "On Command" in 35 Temple International and Comparative Law Journal 121 (2021). This essay is part of a symposium issue discussing Justice in Extreme Cases, a new Cambridge University Press book by D. Robinson.
