Information Technology Librarian Jason Tubinis presented "Prescient Privacy at Play: A Spectrum of Terminology and Tools for Administering and Teaching Legal Technology" (with R. Evans) as part of the 2021 American Association of Law Libraries conference during July.

Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch published "MDL Revolution" in 96 New York University Law Review 1 (2021) (with A.R. Gluck).

Assistant Professor Thomas E. Kadri's chapter "Cy Près Settlements in Privacy Class Actions" published in Class Actions in Privacy Law (Routledge, 2020) was republished in Spanish in 2 Revista Jurídica Austral 33 (2021).

Hosch Professor & Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor Lori A. Ringhand presented on "Reorganizing, Restructuring, and Reforming the Federal Courts" at the 2021 Southeastern Association of Law Schools Annual Conference during July.

Associate Professor Jonathan Peters was featured in Brazil's Folha de S.Paulo regarding the U.S. government's efforts to regulate vaccine misinformation and disinformation. The article titled "Governo Biden abre guerra contra redes sociais por causa da avalanche de notícias falsas sobre vacina" was written by Patricia Campos Mello and published 7/31/21.
