Graduates Samuel L. “Sam” Hatcher (J.D.’20), Roya Naghepour (J.D.’22), Michael T. Rafi (J.D.’11), Ryan A. Scates (J.D.’13) and D. Harley Yancey IV (J.D.’15) were selected by the UGA Alumni Association as members of its 2025 Class of 40 Under 40, which honors graduates who uphold the three pillars of the Arch: wisdom, justice and moderation.
