U.S. Bankruptcy Court

Students work for the United States Bankruptcy Court with Judge Paul Bonapfel or another bankruptcy judge in the Northern District of Georgia depending on the judge's availability in the coming semester. Students observe trials and other proceedings, and engage in research and writing under the direct supervision of law clerks and the judge. Students should direct their statement of interest to Judge Bonapfel.

Preferred courses: General Bankruptcy or other bankruptcy courses or experience.
