There are tables available for your use for events within the law school. The locations are listed below. If you use these tables, please return them to the correct location on the correct floor. The tables are marked underneath for ease in determining their appropriate location. Tables should not be removed from law school premises. Thank you.

Determining Space Needs for an Event
General Planning Information 2 square feet per attendee
Cocktail Parties (standing room only) 5-6 square feet per person
Cocktail Parties (with some seated) 8 square feet per person
Dinner using 8’ banquet tables 8 square feet per person
Dinner using 60” round tables 10 square feet per person
Cathedral seating (seating in rows) 6 square feet per person
Dance area 5 square feet per dancer
Dean Rusk Hall, Walker Room is 1,976 square feet.
