Yee Family Law School Faculty Fund - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide support for a member of the local state or federal judiciary, known as a jurist in residence, to conduct a seminar or lecture as part of the Law School's curricular offerings. Such position(s) supported by the Fund shall be known as the "Judge B. Avant Edenfield Jurist in Residence." Support shall include, but not be limited to, stipends, travel, events related to the jurist's visit, and other related expenses deemed appropriate by the Dean of the School.

Talmadge Law Faculty

Talmadge Law Faculty - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide salary supplements and other assistance to faculty members in the School of Law. 

If the entire income generated by the Fund is not needed for the purpose as stated herein, the residual amount may be transferred to the Talmadge Law Scholarship Fund (75469003).

Talmadge Chair of Law

Talmadge Chair of Law - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide supplement income of the incumbent professor holding the Talmadge Chair (who may be referred to as the Talmadge Professor of Law). 

If the entire income generated by the Fund is not needed for the purpose as stated herein, the residual amount may be transferred to the Talmadge Law Scholarship Fund (75469003).

Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute Fund

Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute Fund -

The purpose of the Fund to support a distinguished practitioner/scholar-in-residence program in the area of bankruptcy law and corporate reorganizations at the University of Georgia School of Law.

This program will enable the School to enrich its normal academic offerings in the important area of the law by bringing a distinguished practitioner, academician, or judge to teach classes and to conduct a similar or workshop for interested faculty and students.
