Thompson has been appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. The appointment lasts for three years and is subject to one reappointment. |

Lori Ringhand wins SPSA endowed award Wednesday, December 14, 2011 Professor Lori A. Ringhand has been awarded the 2012 Neal Tate Award by the Southern Political Science Association, which is an honor reserved for outstanding papers in judicial politics. Ringhand was recognized for a chapter in a forthcoming book she is co-authoring regarding the Supreme Court judicial process. |
