Post Professor Pamela Foohey presented her co-authored book Debt’s Grip: Risk and Consumer Bankruptcy (University of California Press, 2025) as part of the Moritz College of Law Health Law Colloquium series at Ohio State University during February.
Hosch Professor & Director of Undergraduate Studies Logan E. Sawyer III presented “Conservatism’s ‘Last Gasp’: Originalism and Liberalism in the Reagan Administration” from his forthcoming book Partisan Jurisprudence: A Political History of Originalism, 1942-1992 (Cambridge University Press) as part of the Legal History Forum at Yale Law School during February.

Assistant Professor Desirée LeClercq presented a keynote address at the International Conference on Corporate Sustainability Regulations and Governance on Labor Rights in Global Supply Chains during December in Taiwan.
