11th Circuit Court of Appeals: Judge Julie E. Carnes

Students extern for Judge Julie E. Carnes of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Students work under the supervision of law clerks and have regular direct contact with the Judge. Students observe oral arguments, participate in discussions of cases, and assist in preparing bench briefs or court orders. Students must work in the judge’s chambers at least two days a week.
