The Tilem & Associates, P.C. Scholarship

Tilem & Associates, P.C. is happy to support student education with our annual Tilem & Associates, P.C. Scholarship. Students who are attending or who will be attending an undergraduate, JD, LLB, or LLM program at a college, university, or law school in the United States are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship Award:

One (1) scholarship of $ 1,000 will be awarded to an undergraduate student or a law school student.

Who Can Apply:

Any current high school senior, undergraduate, or law student who will be attending an accredited college, university or law school in the United States is eligible to apply.

How to Apply:

Scholarship applicants are required to do the following:

1. Fill out a biographical information form.
2. Write an essay on criminal justice in the United States. Your essay should address strengths and weaknesses of the US criminal justice system, should be at least 1,000 words in length and double spaced. Any personal or professional interactions with the criminal justice system should be discussed, as well as any demonstrable interest in criminal justice or the legal profession.
3. Email your information form and essay to scholarship@tilemlawfirm.com.

Submission Deadline:

Your materials for the scholarship must be received by December 15, 2019 to be considered for the scholarship. The winners of the scholarship will be announced on or before January 15, 2020.
