Appellate Litigation Clinic Director Thomas V. Burch and clinic participants third-year student Noah C. Nix and 2021 graduate Jared R. Allen were featured in Law360 regarding their role in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit case Santiaguez v. Garland. The court recently ruled in the clinic's client's favor. Olivia B.
