Clinical Assistant Professor & Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic Director Emma M. Hetherington and 2022 graduate Hannah Elias Sbaity published "CSES Treatment Courts: An Opportunity for Positive, Trauma-Informed, and Therapeutic Systems Responses in Family and Juvenile Courts" in 43 Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice 200 (2022) (with A. Dunnigan).
Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured in a Bloomberg News article regarding Juul and personal injury lawsuits. Associate Dean for International Programs & Post Professor Melissa J. "MJ" Durkee presented as part of the “International Law, National Security, and Corporate Law” plenary session at the National Business Law Scholars Conference held at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in June.
