Mediating Civil Cases

Topics may include the origins of mediation, psychological obstacles to settlement, and case valuation.  The course will also explore mediation advocacy, negotiation of money and terms, and how to memorialize a settlement.  The future of mediation and possibilities for achieving an efficient and transparent marketplace will also be addressed.
