School of Law 2006 alumna Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves, who presently serves as a Supreme Court of Delaware justice, will present on navigating corporate fiduciary duties and other corporate governance issues. Before joining Delaware's highest court, Montgomery-Reeves served as a vice chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is the most important and prestigious court for business law in the United States.
Please join the Federalist Society for our annual Judges Panel on Friday January 17. The panel will begin at 12pm and will conclude at 1:10pm. At 12:50pm there will be a pause for students who have 1pm classes to exit the room and make it to class. The panel will be held in Room C. We hope that you will join us for this event.
