This summer, 12 students are studying abroad as part of the Dean Rusk International Law Center’s Global Governance Summer School with 11 of the participants being part of the School of Law’s J.D. program. The focus of this year’s for-credit program, operated in partnership with the Leuven Centre for Global Governance, is comparative environmental law and sustainability. Site visits will include NATO, the European Council, the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and a number of other law firms, NGOs, international courts, and embassies.
