Stefanie M. Wayco is currently a partner at Duane Morris. She is a member of the Digital Assets and Blockchain Group which provides a full suite of services to domestic and international clients in the cryptocurrency, digital asset and blockchain industries. Her practice includes representing financial services firms, broker-dealers, investment advisors, clearing firms and securities industry professionals in regulatory and enforcement matters, civil litigation, arbitrations and internal investigations.
Previously, she was a shareholder at Maynard Nexsen for two years and a partner at DLA Piper for two years.
Wayco earned her bachelor’s degree with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, her master’s degree from New York University and her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia. During law school she was an articles editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
