The Transactional Law Club is an organization for law students who are curious about alternative career paths outside of litigation. Panels will include both current attorneys practicing in transactional law as well as older students who will provide advice to younger students interested in the field. Additionally, TLC seeks to provide a mentorship program for younger students who would like to be more informed about their options when considering different aspects of transactional law.

For questions regarding TLC, please contact one of our co-presidents Sophie Polo (sophiepolo@uga.edu) or Zoe Taylor (zoe.taylor@uga.edu).
