Walter Hellerstein delivers talk on U.S. federalism Monday, November 7, 2011 Distinguished Research Professor and Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein presented "Fiscal Federalism in the United States" at a conference on "Quale Modello di 'Federalismo Fiscale?" in Turin, Italy, during November. The conference was held in connection with the publication of "Tax Aspects of Fiscal Federalism: A Comparative Analysis," to which Hellerstein also contributed a chapter on the same topic. |
