Allen Post Professorship of the School of Law - 

The primary purpose of the Fund is to provide a salary supplement sufficient for the School of Law to attract and retain a professor of the highest competence and distinction. If there is any income from the Fund beyond that required for the primary purpose, it may be used for the support of the Professorship itself, including such costs as professional travel, research assistance, library or office materials and secretarial assistance for the holder of the professorship.

Paul M. Kurtz Retired Faculty Fund

Paul M. Kurtz Retired Faculty Fund - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide support for the activities of retired University of Georgia School of Law faculty. Support shall include, but not be limited to, travel, conference fees, association meetings, law school sponsored talks, receptions, awards/recognition, and other expenses related to retired faculty deemed appropriate by the Dean of the School of Law.

Justice Thomas O. Marshall Chair of Constitutional Law

Justice Thomas O. Marshall Chair of Constitutional Law - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide supplemental salary support and requisite fringe benefits, research or teaching assistance needed, but not otherwise available to the Chair; and to cover professional travel expenses, memberships, and other expenses that enhance the effectiveness of the Chair beyond those ordinarily provided by the University. The Chair shall pay for any expenditures in connection with the mission of the Chair including any costs related to outreach or service programs.
